Warranty Guidelines
Meso Casa LLC warrants all products purchased through our platform against production defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects arising from the manufacturing process that affect the functionality or quality of the product. Please refer to each product and its adequate use. Note that not all products are intended for high traffic areas and commercial use.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear. Any modifications made to the product by the customer will void this warranty. 

Claims Process
If you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, please contact our customer service team at info@mesolifestyle.com. We may request proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to process your warranty claim.

Resolution
Meso Casa LLC reserves the right to determine the validity of warranty claims and to provide appropriate remedies, including repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion. 

Shipping Damages
For any damages incurred during shipping, the client must submit a claim within 20 days to be covered by our insurance. If claims are not presented during this time period Meso Casa LLC will not be responsible for the product, shipping costs or any other related expenses.  

The client is responsible for all installation on-site, and Meso Casa LLC will not be responsible for damages due to incorrect installation.
